Community Health Services
Hamilton County Public Health’s Community Health Services Department includes the divisions of Disease Prevention, Epidemiology and Assessment, Health Promotion and Education, and Nursing. Staff in these divisions work to improve the health of Hamilton County residents through education programs and services that address immunizations, nutrition, physical activity, disease transmission, access to health care, and much more.
